Shipping & Delivery

  1. Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after the payment is received and are shipped via our logistic partner. The orders can be tracked by your invoice number.
  2. The container boxes are adequately sized and the items are well-protected.
  3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during business days between 9am to 7pm. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  4. As soon as your package is dispatched from our facility, you will be updated and provided with the proper tracking details.

Return Policy

Green Sense endeavours to work very hard to deliver the best products and an unparalleled shopping experience. However, given the scale of operation, at times some minor glitches are unavoidable. If at any point you are discontented with the product delivered to you, feel free to drop in a line at the Return and Refund Link. Return and refund is possible, however please do not discard the product before getting in touch with our team.

In order to keep things transparent and fair, you must adhere to the points mentioned below;

  • The items that need to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags and packaging should be intact.
  • In case we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we’ll inform you and refund you the entire amount.
  • If a product shows sign of being broken or tampered with, then we will not be able to accept it. We expect that while returning the product it will be neatly packed and secured. We will not be able to entertain any damage/loss in Transit (For example:- If a complaint was raised for wrong product delivery and the sent item got damaged in the transit, then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not be in a position to replace the original one as well)

Please Note: We may not be able to exchange products bought during sale or discount. Replacement/exchange is subject to product/ stock availability.
